The logical sequence of the activity (deal arrangement) developed by Insubria Capital Holding can be outlined in the following manner: after identifying the organizational structure and human resources, defined the market positioning, chosen the objectives and verification of completion of each stage in agreed timetables, then the operating process model is the following:
1. Diagnosis of the potential client needs
2. Acquisition of the client with formal and detailed mandate and assignment letter
3. Shopping for competencies and products
4. Assembly of competencies and products
5. Delivery of the solutions
We have a flat organization and have our foundations on continuing and close relationships between partners and associates. There is close integration in terms of business areas, competencies, territorial origin and client served. Some partners/associates maintain their own independent organized structure. We have also stageurs who collaborate on a stable basis. The company, in order to better assist its international clientele, has stipulated accords with partners/correspondents/sister companies/banks and financial institutions all over the world.
