The Mission

Insubria Capital Holding was established in 2008 by a network of Swiss and Italian entrepreneurs and consultants, with the aim of sharing professional relations and contacts, competencies, ideas and business opportunities. The main consulting activities of the company are directed to corporate or individual clients, that typify industrial Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs). These are above all located in the Insubria area of Italy (western Lombardy and eastern Piedmont), traditionally the area of the oldest and deep rooted entrepreneurial and industrial vocation in Italy, and of southern Switzerland (Canton Ticino and Italian Grigioni).

The core business of the network is consulting and service activities, for the acquisition, management and sale of companies and participations in industrial, financial and real estate companies. Furthermore, the network may propose itself as: direct investor, promoter of the constitution of private equity funds and investor pools. The network presides over all the other categories of consulting in corporate finance and investment banking, as well as consulting for individuals and for family offices. In the latter case, we aim to meet the requests and needs of the entrepreneur and his/her family regarding wealth management, succession and tax matters and also investment planning.

The network is composed of a nucleus of 5 Swiss and Italian partners, each being in charge of different business areas, complementary to each other.

Along with and supporting the activity of these partners, we have about 10 collaborators who are Associates, generally professionals who are involved in some specific activities, but who do not enter into the core business. The staff is completed by Correspondents who are based around the world, as well as a network of professionals and business developers who signal business to us and which are subdivided by territorial area and sector interests.
